1.1 A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to tour departure. If covid-19 related a credit can be issued of a later date within a 1-year period.
1.2 Bookings – in order to be booked on the tour you must receive a confirmation email, if you don’t receive one then you’re not booked on the tour.
1.3 All Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
1.4 Any extra drinks or food not listed in the inclusions will need to be paid for by the guest’s or third-party.
1.5 If you miss the tour on the day no refund will be given.
1.6 Price is quoted in Australian dollars 1.5% credit card surcharge applies for Visa & MasterCard which covers transaction/overseas credit card fees. We do not accept diners, AMEX or travellers’ cheques.
2.1: Tour times and itineraries are subject to brewery hours, operations in the brewery weather or traffic conditions we reserve the right to change or alter any tour.
2.2 Personal Belongings, whilst every care is taken, we accept no responsibility for belongings left unattended in the vehicle.
2.3 All fares and prices are valid from 1st November 2020 – 30/4/ 2021 All prices are shown in Australian Dollars, include GST and may be subject to change.
2.4 Departure, you must be 10 minutes early as the bus needs to keep a tight schedule for the pickup run.
2.5 Tours will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for “latecomers”. We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times, no refund is provided for passengers failing to meet our tour at designated times. No responsibility is taken for passengers leaving pick up locations if our vehicles are not present at the scheduled departure time.
2.6 We recommend all travellers have adequate travel insurance in the event of delay, illness and loss of property which may result in failure to join or complete our tour.
2.7 Pick up locations must be confirmed 14 hours prior to tour departure.
2.8 We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tour if pick up location is changed, and we are not advised.
3.1 When sitting on as a passenger, the seat belt must be worn at all times during the day.
3.2 The Bus driver will inform you during the day and at the start of the day, but it is the passenger’s responsibility to use the safety belt.
3.3 Smoking in our vans or busses is prohibited by Government regulations.
3.4 The operator will take no responsibility or will not be liable for any injury or death or any loss or damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of the accident or incident.
3.5 All passengers are required by Australian law to wear seat belts at all times as a passenger on a tourist bus.
4.1: We do not take responsibility for delays that out of our control, injuries or losses arising in any manner.
4.2 Under-age booking, if a person is under the age of 18 years must get prior written consent from Smooth Hoperator before the booking has been made.
4.3 Drunken Behaviour: We ask all passengers to bring ID as you must be 18 or old to drink Alcohol in Australia and any drunken behaviour effects anyone on the trip or the guide or puts anyone in danger, will be removed from the trip immediately with no refund.
4.4 Smooth Hoperator reserves the right to change, cancel or postpone any tour due to operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
4.5 No date changes are permitted within 48 hours from departure date.
4.6 Our trips run on a schedule and it is required that all customers arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes prior to pick up time.
4.7 If you’re late and not at the meeting location in the morning or throughout the day then you will have to make your own way to the tour or back to accommodation.
4.8 Unfortunately, we cannot change the weather and trips are not cancelled or refunded due to poor or rainy conditions unless safety is an issue.
4.9 We reserve the right to change a route or itinerary, inclusions, amend times, days and fares for its tours if necessary or withdraw without notice.
5.1 Any guest who is rude or aggressive to any customer or guide will be asked to leave the tour and make their own way back, at their own expense.
5.2 Due to Australian law smoking is prohibited on the bus.
6.1 Force Majeure, Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we will not accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event, or the consequences of which, we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events are not limited to but may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, volcanic activity, seismic activity, fire, pandemics, epidemics and all similar events, natural or manmade, outside our control or that of our agents or suppliers.
7.1 This contract is governed by the laws of the state of Queensland and N.S.W any legal action arising there from shall be litigated only in the appropriate court in that state having jurisdiction in that claim.
